Each year the gymnasts learn a number of set skills working towards a British Gymnastics RISE award. These start at a beginners level and progress to an advanced level. All recreational gymnasts will be assessed on this day. Those who successfully pass their assessment will be awarded a medal and certificate. All gymnasts should wear their Kingston leotard or Kingston t-shirt with black shorts or leggings. No jewellery should be worn and long hair should be tied back. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch their children show off their skills. Tea and coffee will be available.
